We're hiring a National Account Executive to join our Convenience Sales Team! This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow wine sales across the independent off-trade Cash & Carry sector, working with a national buying group to drive distribution, volume and profitability.

In this role you'll build strong commercial relationships with key accounts, execute effective sales strategies and play a key role in delivering national sales targets.

What you'll be doing:
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts within a national buying group
- Act as the primary point of contact for your designated Cash & Carry customers, building long-term commercial partnerships
- Deliver sales, distribution and profitability targets across your accounts
- Create and implement account plans to drive sustainable business growth
- Identify new listing opportunities across Cash & Carry wholesalers, symbol groups and independent convenience retailers
- Plan and execute promotional activity with customers to maximise sales performance
- Forecast sales, manage account budgets and monitor performance against targets
- Analyse sales data, market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Support annual trading negotiations, promotional planning and pricing discussions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and execution
What we're looking for:
- Experience in account management within an FMCG environment, or experience working in the Cash & Carry, wholesale or convenience sector
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Confident analysing sales data and using insights to drive commercial decisions
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Collaborative, proactive and results-driven approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to travel nationally on average three days per week
- Located within a commutable distance of
London and the South East - Interest in the wine, drinks or wider FMCG industry
