The Role:
We’re looking for enthusiastic, professional Front of House Servers to deliver exceptional service across our hospitality spaces – from our vineyard view restaurant to wine tastings, events, and the café. This is a dynamic, guest-facing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and enjoys making every visitor feel welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm, attentive service to guests across the restaurant, café, and tasting experiences
- Take accurate food and drink orders, using EPOS systems and following service procedures
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Serve wine knowledgeably and confidently (training provided)
- Support set-up, clear-down, and reset of FOH areas, including opening and closing duties
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment at all times
- Assist with hosting vineyard tours and events where required
- Respond professionally to guest queries, feedback, or complaints – escalating to Duty Managers where appropriate
- Uphold Bolney’s service standards and represent our brand with pride
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous FOH/hospitality experience preferred, but not essential – we’ll provide training
- A warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and stay calm in busy periods
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and event days
- Interest in wine and a willingness to learn – WSET or wine knowledge a plus
