We're hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! Freixenet Copestick is a major player in the UK drinks market, proudly holding the position as the UK's leading supplier of sparkling wines. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy finance team, supporting the timely processing of supplier invoices and assisting Finance Managers with reporting.

What you'll be doing:
- Process purchase invoices in SAP and QuickBooks
- Reconcile supplier accounts and perform daily bank postings
- Liaise with account managers and suppliers on queries
- Support special projects, audits, and workflow management
- Prepare foreign VAT/Intrastat documents for France, Hungary, Italy
- Manage expenses, employee onboarding in aCloud, and Excel reporting
What we're looking for:
- 1–2 years’ Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- AAT qualification and drinks industry experience are a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organised, and self-motivated
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Flexible and adaptable to business needs

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week on an initial contract length of 6 months, with possibility of extension.
