We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our hardworking team at our Brackley site. In this full-time position, you’ll be central to our operation, making sure every bottle, case and pallet is picked, packed, and dispatched with care and precision. Whether it’s loading vans or managing stock, your attention to detail ensures our reputation for service matches the quality of our award-winning wines.

Salary: Between £25500 and £25500 year
Location: Northamptonshire
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Load and unload vehicles safely, supporting our drivers where needed
- Carry out regular stock checks and ensure accurate records
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts (training provided if needed)
- Take responsibility for equipment, promptly reporting any issues or breakages
Skills & Experience
- A valid forklift licence; Bendi or Pivot Steer preferred (Counterbalance/Reach considered)
- A full UK driving licence for operating 3.5 tonne vans
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse setting
- A proactive approach, team spirit, and commitment to getting the job done right
- Comfortable working shift patterns (Monday to Friday, between 6am and 8pm) and occasional Saturdays

- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Flexible with overtime and able to work on rota on a Saturday
